As businesses and organizations increasingly recognize the importance of environmental sustainability and social dynamics in their operations, this special issue seeks to explore how these elements interact and impact organizational behavior, culture, and effectiveness. The focus will be on drawing insights from a range of disciplines to understand the challenges and opportunities at the nexus of environmental concerns, social psychology, and organizational behavior.
