This special issue aims to delve into the intersection of environmental and social psychology within organizational and workplace settings. As businesses and organizations increasingly recognize the importance of environmental sustainability and social dynamics in their operations, this special issue seeks to explore how these elements interact and impact organizational behavior, culture, and effectiveness. The focus will be on drawing insights from a range of disciplines to understand the challenges and opportunities at the nexus of environmental concerns, social psychology, and organizational behavior.

The scope of this special issue includes, but is not limited to, the following themes:

Sustainable Organizational Practices and Employee Engagement: Examining the impact of environmental sustainability initiatives on employee motivation, satisfaction, and engagement.

Leadership and Environmental Advocacy in the Workplace: Exploring the role of leadership in fostering a culture of environmental awareness and social responsibility within organizations.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Organizational Psychology: Analyzing how CSR initiatives influence organizational identity, employee behavior, and public perception.

Workplace Environmental Ethics and Social Norms: Investigating how ethical considerations related to the environment shape social norms and behaviors in organizational settings.

Green Human Resource Management: Assessing the integration of environmental management into HR practices and its impact on organizational culture and employee well-being.

This special issue encourages submissions that offer innovative research, theoretical insights, and practical applications, particularly focusing on how environmental and social psychology principles can be effectively utilized in organizational contexts. We invite contributions from various fields including organizational psychology, business management, environmental studies, sociology, and human resources, to provide a multifaceted perspective on these themes. Through this focused approach, the special issue aims to attract a high number of quality papers, enriching the discourse on environmental and social psychology within the realm of organizational studies.
